1. What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website. Buying and using the ConradBI software is governed by the End User License Agreement and your plan; where the two differ about the software, the EULA governs. How we handle personal information is in our Privacy policy. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. Information, not advice

What you read here is general information about ConradBI and business intelligence. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

3. Estimates are illustrations

The value estimator, the three-year comparison and similar figures on this site come from our own model, using published wage benchmarks and the assumptions we show next to them. They are estimates, not promises and not customer results. What you see in practice depends on your data, your systems and your people.

4. Prices and offers

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. They are shown on the pricing page and can change. The price that applies to your subscription is the one shown when you sign up and on your account. Free trials and other offers are subject to the terms shown with them. A free trial takes a card at signup and charges nothing during the trial; when it ends, the plan's monthly price is charged every month until you cancel on your account page or by emailing team@conradbi.com.

5. Our content

This site, its text, design, graphics and logos belong to ConradBI or are used with permission. You may read, print and share links to it for your own purposes. Please don't copy it wholesale or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse something.

6. Other companies' names

Product and company names mentioned on this site, such as Epicor, Kinetic, Microsoft, Excel, Power BI, Oracle and SQL Server, are trademarks of their owners. ConradBI is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them. Comparisons are our own view, based on public information at the time of writing.

7. Links and third-party services

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content.

8. Using the site fairly

Please don't disrupt the site, try to get into parts of it that aren't meant for you, or collect its content automatically at a rate that burdens it. If you find a security problem, tell us at team@conradbi.com and give us a chance to fix it.

9. No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available. THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT THE SITE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT PROMISE IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, ConradBI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to one hundred US dollars. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not change the EULA for the software.

11. Law, and where a dispute is heard

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you and we each agree to that.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
