Accessibility
How we make this site usable for everyone, what we know is not perfect yet, and how to tell us.
Last updated 29 October 2026. ConradBI, an Oklahoma-based company.
Our goal
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we work toward 2.2.
What we have done
- Our marketing pages use headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
- The menus, buttons, questions and plan switches work from the keyboard, with a visible focus outline. Escape closes the Resources menu.
- Informative images carry text alternatives.
- Animation respects your system's reduce-motion setting. The moving illustrations on the Home and Product pages have a Pause button beside them, and they stay still when reduced motion is on.
- On phones, the plan comparison on the pricing page shows every plan at once, with the plan names kept in view as you scroll.
- Pages are built to work on phones as well as desktops, and text can be enlarged.
What we know isn't perfect yet
- The 60-second game on the Product page is optional and opens only when you choose to play it. It is built from standard buttons, but it is easier with a pointer than from the keyboard. Nothing else on the site depends on it.
- On the main pages the orange buttons now use dark text and meet the AA contrast ratio. On a few older article pages, some orange buttons and small labels still fall short for small text. Fixing them is on our list.
- A few pages skip a heading level, for example in the footer. Screen readers still list every heading, and we are tidying the order.
- Until signups open on 18 November, a launch countdown at the top of each page changes every second. It is marked as a timer, so screen readers do not announce every tick.
