End User License Agreement
The agreement between ConradBI and the people and companies who use our software. It is written to be read. Where a sentence could be shorter, it is.
Last updated 19 September 2026. ConradBI, 5350 S Western Ave, Suite 536, Oklahoma City, OK 73109, United States.
1. Who this is between, and when it starts
This agreement is between ConradBI (“we”, “us”) and you. If you create an account for a team or a business, “you” means that organization, and the person creating the account confirms they may accept this on its behalf.
It starts when you accept it at signup, and it runs for as long as you hold a ConradBI account.
2. What we license to you
While your subscription is current and your account is activated, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use:
- the ConradBI Tool, on computers belonging to you or your people, one person per seat;
- the Desktop Viewer and the Web Viewer, for the people your subscription allows;
- the Services Tool and the ConradBI services it installs, on machines you control.
The license is for your own internal business use. We keep ownership of the software and everything in it; nothing here transfers it to you.
3. Your subscription
What your plan includes is shown on the pricing page and on your account, and it is what governs. In short:
- A Creator holds one of the seats your plan buys and may run the ConradBI Tool.
- A Viewer holds one of your plan's viewer places and may open what is shared with them.
- Seats and viewer places are not shared. A sign-in belongs to one person. If somebody leaves, reassign the seat rather than passing the sign-in on.
- Adding a seat or a place mid-period is charged for the rest of that period. Removing one is not refunded: it stays paid for until the period ends, and putting it back before then costs nothing.
- Canceling stops the next renewal. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded.
We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you before a change reaches a renewal of yours.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software, or run it as a service for anybody else.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law says you may despite this.
- Work around the license checks, the entitlement grants, the seat counts or any other limit — including by altering the software, spoofing a grant, or sharing sign-ins.
- Remove or obscure our notices and marks.
- Use it to break the law, or to process data you have no right to process.
5. Your data stays yours
The ConradBI Tool and the services you install run in your environment and connect to your systems directly. Your operational data does not come to us. We do not copy it, store it, or look at it.
What we do hold is the account itself: who your people are, the email addresses they sign in with, which plan you are on, your billing details, your invoices, and a record of sign-ins. We hold it to run your subscription and support you, and for no other purpose. You own what you build with the software — your models, your measures, your reports — and we claim nothing in them.
You are responsible for the data you connect to and for having the right to use it.
6. Ask Conrad and artificial intelligence
Ask Conrad is the assistant built into the ConradBI Tool. It works from the shape of your project — table names, column names, relationships, measures, and the context you choose to give it. It is built not to send your data rows to a model.
Where Ask Conrad reaches an outside provider, it does so with a key: your own, one your company shares with you, or a ConradBI AI Service your company installs and runs itself. When you use your own or your company's key, that provider's terms apply to what passes through it, and any cost is yours.
What an assistant writes should be checked before you rely on it. It can be wrong, and it is not advice.
7. Sign-in, activation and offline use
Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email address, so keep that address current and yours. A new account does nothing until the code we email is entered.
Once signed in, the software holds a signed entitlement grant so it keeps working without a connection for a limited number of days. Letting that window lapse does not entitle you to keep using features your subscription no longer covers.
8. Updates, changes and Early Release
The ConradBI Tool updates itself. We may change, add to or withdraw features. We will not knowingly remove something material from a plan mid-period without telling you.
Early Release is exactly what it says: newer software at a discount, in exchange for meeting the rough edges first. It is provided as-is, and the discount is the consideration for that.
9. Support
Support is by email, and by a shared channel where your plan includes one. We aim to be quick and straight with you. We do not promise a response time unless we have agreed one with you in writing.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop at any time by canceling on your account page. We may suspend or end an account that has not paid, that is being used to break this agreement, or that is being used unlawfully — after telling you, except where the abuse is serious enough that waiting would make it worse.
When the agreement ends, the license ends with it: stop using the software and uninstall the services. What you built stays yours, and you may take it with you.
11. No warranty
We give you the software as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we disclaim every implied warranty the law allows us to disclaim.
Business intelligence software reports what your data says. It does not make your data correct.
12. What we are liable for
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, however it arises.
Our total liability under this agreement is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Keeping each other's confidences
Each of us may learn things about the other that are not public. Neither of us will pass those on, except to people who need to know and are held to the same standard, or where the law requires it.
14. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement. If a change matters to you, we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use the software after that is how you accept it. If you would rather not, you may cancel.
The version in force is the one published here.
15. Law, and where a dispute is heard
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and we each agree to that.
16. The rest
This is the whole agreement between us about the software, and it replaces anything said beforehand. If a court sets part of it aside, the rest still stands. Neither of us waives a right by not enforcing it straight away. You may not transfer this agreement without our written agreement; we may transfer it as part of a merger or a sale of the business.
